We Welcome Our Visitors & Friends

Jean and I welcome all of you to the site and hope you’ll enjoy this journey with us, as we continue our fight to restore the U.S. and AZ to True Republican forms of Government. Our US and AZ Legislators must pass laws to protect their Citizens from the Big Corporations and Reform our School Systems to protect our Children’s Futures.

The American Creed – Is It Yours?

I believe in the United States of America as a government of the people, by the people; whose powers are derived from the consent of the governed, a democracy in the republic, a sovereign Nation of many States; a perfect union, one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes. I therefore believe it is my Duty to My Country to Love it, to Support its Constitution, to Obey its laws, to Respect its Flag and to Defend it against all enemies. Written 1917. Accepted by the United States House of Representatives on April 3, 1918.

Our Pledge of Allegiance Explained by Red Skeleton

Written Explanation by Red Skeleton

I — Me; an individual; a committee of one.

Pledge — Dedicate all of my worldly good to give without self-pity.

Allegiance — My love and my devotion.

To the Flag — Our standard. “Old Glory”; a symbol of courage. And wherever she waves, there is respect, because your loyalty has given her a dignity that shouts “Freedom is everybody’s job.”

of the United — That means we have all come together.

States — Individual communities that have united into 48 great states; 48 individual communities with pride and dignity and purpose; all divided by imaginary boundaries, yet united to a common cause, and that’s love of country —

Of America.

And to the Republic — A Republic: a sovereign state in which power is invested into the representatives chosen by the people to govern; and the government is the people; and it’s from the people to the leaders, not from the leaders to the people.

For which it stands

One Nation — Meaning “so blessed by God.”

[Under God]1

Indivisible — Incapable of being divided.

With Liberty — Which is freedom; the right of power for one to live his own life without fears, threats, or any sort of retaliation.

And Justice — The principle and qualities of dealing fairly with others.

For All — For All. That means, boys and girls, it’s as much your country as it is mine.

Now let me hear you recite the Pledge oAllegiance:

I pledge allegiance
to the Flag of the United States of America,
and to the Republic, for which it stands;
one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Since I was a small boy, two states have been added to our country, and in 1954 two words were added to the Pledge of Allegiance Under God”. Wouldn’t it be a pity if someone said, “That is a prayer” — and that be eliminated from our schools, too?

This Pledge of Allegiance = Loyalty & Faith

Do You Understand the Pledge as explained by Red Skeleton?

Take the Time to view and then store the message in your Hearts, as this should help all of US as we continue to Fight against the Tyranny in Our Own Government and some in it who want to Turn America into a Socialist Nation with No Rights for Any by the use of Special Rights for Some. This pledge embodies my reasoning for running for office.

I’d Like this added to the Pledge!

I’d personally like to see us Add in one more item to the pledge: I believe by adding in the US Constitution into the Pledge that the children might just wonder what the Constitution is and read it.

New Pledge

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the US Constitution and Republic for which they stand; One Nation under God, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All.”  This Pledge of Allegiance = Loyalty & Faith

There is no confusion as to where I stand on issues and I won’t waiver from my Convictions and Love of the United States of America. I call a spade a spade backed with Constitutional understanding and an in-depth knowledge of the games Legislators play to hide their voting records.  “The USA has SWAMPS in DC and every State and Local Governments and it’s up to the Voters to Fix this or Future Generations won’t have the Freedom and Liberty we’ve benefited from”.

I’ve spent a considerable amount of time at the State Capital, testifying on various AZ House and Senate Bills. Most recently, against the AZ GOP assault over 2015 & ’16, on our office of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction; beginning in 2015, with SB 1038 & Amended HB 2184, and ending with 15 GOP Senators voting for SB 1469, taking away authority from the Superintendent of Public Instruction and unconstitutionally diverting the state board of education (SBE) to the governor’s branch of the executive department by pretending to “Make the state board of education a separate state agency.”

In 2016, AZ Legislators continued their assault, further usurping the constitutional authority of the office of Superintendent, and  further diverting it to the pseudo-SBE. Yet another bad decision by the AZ Legislators, Prop 123, which didn’t result in any substantial salary increases for teachers as promised by AZ GOP Legislators who Voted & Campaigned for It, once again doing as told by the Party, they supported it promising a raise to teacher, which didn’t happen, and haven’t spoken about it since it passed. The Legislators didn’t listen to their Real Employers-the Voters of AZ; Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!… just more of the same so-called, “Career Politicians” who Fail all of US.

I’ve been pro-active in trying to stop EPCOR and AZ’s Corp. Commission from raising the Water Rates on Sun City, Sun City West and Youngtown; unfortunately the GOP Corp. Commission voted in support of Socialism over a Republican form of personal responsibility, however I–along with others–will continue this fight, as the GOP Legislators in LD 22 have been of no help in the fight to date.

I’ve also Battled against the NPV better known by some as the “National Popular Vote,” which, if passed, could have given us Clinton for President, as she did get the most popular votes, as did Gore in the 2000 election against Bush.

Four AZ GOP House Members sponsored this bill along with the 20 GOP Legislators who voted for it, including LD 22’s Rep. David Livingston, as his campaign manager was the Lobbyist for it, and it appears you could say he takes orders from him, not the Voters in LD 22. None of them should be supported by LD’s, nor voted for in the 2018 Election Cycle.

We also had 6 AZ GOP Senators sponsor the Bill in the Senate, however wasn’t brought up for a Vote or looks like it would have passed, this would have caused a real Political Crisis in AZ, we can’t afford these type of people in office any longer.

The National Popular Vote is also Opposed by the GOP National Platform. We need Federal and State Representatives who understand basic civics and why our Founders put the Electoral System in from the start, or they shouldn’t run–let alone be in Office.

It’s unfortunate that once again in AZ 2018 Primary the $$$$$$$$$$$’s spent by Candidates, PACS & Lobbyist to re-elect or promote those who supported or voted 4 the NPV were victorious and therefore just one more Victory for the PURPLE GOP Elites that run and scam the Voters, we and others tried but never seem to get the Funds needed to Inform enough Voters to make the Difference needed to Save AZ and the Country from these Bought & Paid for Elected Officials, it’s not for the Lack of Trying it’s caused by the Lack of Americans caring enough to Fight back with the $$$$$$$$$$$$ needed by those on the Front Lines.

I’m no different than most, however have the time needed to be involved, and to do the research needed revealing how corrupt the political system is, including Elections, which always favors Incumbents.

One example with a political twist on the definition of Insanity: “Voting for Incumbents and expecting different results is the Political Definition of Insanity.” Look at the results of Re-Electing Incumbents: more Debt and Less Freedom for All”.  It’s time to Stop Politicians from Digging us a Deeper Hole and to Fill this One in on them!

It’s time Voters are represented by Citizens not seeking Political Careers, those of us with Heart-Felt Desires to Restore the Great American Dream of Freedom, which will fulfill the Dreams we all have for Our Children and Future Generations of All Americans, with the prayers and support of AZ’s Citizens.

God Bless You All; Clair and Jean Van Steenwyk
